Your company’s document requirements matrix applied to every person, vehicle, and piece of machinery your contractors bring in. The third party uploads, your team or the NAVA back office validates, the system calculates expiration dates, and the gatehouse checks whether they’re cleared for entry.

Visitors and access control
Visitors register themselves through a link or QR code, upload whatever your company requires, and the employee they’re visiting pre-approves them from their email. At the gatehouse, staff check them and log their entry and exit.
Who it’s for: Operations where occasional visits are handled at the door today, with a paper sign-in sheet.
